Your private journey uses a secure browser cookie and expires after 30 days. You can permanently delete the journey and its photos here; clearing browser cookies alone does not delete server records. Expired records are removed by cleanup. OpenAI processing is optional and requires separate consent; no photos are sent to OpenAI without it. AI previews are approximate and staff must review consultation drafts.
Your information
Your bag stays on this device. The optional beauty journey stores your chosen looks, contact details, preferences and consultation in encrypted private storage. Consented photographs are private and stripped of location metadata. Only authorised VEL staff can review submitted consultations.
Future privacy information
We measure aggregate page views and actions without storing names, contact details, IP addresses, cookies or visitor identifiers. Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control are respected. Booking, customer accounts and payments will have their own privacy information before activation.
